Amazing Farm committed to do operational process according to standard operational procedure that required for fresh produces handling. Process from production at farms which includes harvest and post harvest till process in packing house which includes quality control then distribution of goods is carried out with tight control.

Handling the fresh produces is not a simple matters because we deal with perishable produces, moreover, the business rhythm is run by daily basis, i.e. plants every day, harvest every day, and distributes to markets every day. Particularly the fresh vegetables, we maintain no stock retained in our packing house to maintain freshness.

Amazing Farm implements Information Technology (IT) facilities which connecting head office to core farms at Lembang. We plan to extend the connection to reach all farms in order to better coordination and communication based on data validity and accuracy.

Using our fleets comprises 6 units of chiller light trucks, we distribute and deliver our products to our markets across greater Jakarta. As one of this business character is rush distribution, we anticipate the process with careful and precise handling to minimize risks by implementation of cool chain system to maintain low waste.
