Selecting qualified growers who have commitment and loyalty is not an easy task. We may find growers with very good skills and quality in cultivation method, however, having combination between skills, quality, commitment and loyalty is not simple. This is applied vice versa where committed and loyal growers are not automatically having good skills.
 

 

The partnership that we implement with our growers is based on win-win spirit, where we keen our growers to succeed and taste the good price after their hard working. The partnership is contract based to bind commitment on production volume, product specification and fixed price.
To control the quality and cultivation process as well as plants maintenance, doing site visit and routine inspection to the fields is mandatory. The growers certainly need consultancy with us regarding the fertilizers, pest and diseases control and special treatment in special climate.
After harvesting, melons will be transported to our packing house in head office using trucks, and then continued with unloading process, sorting and grading upon arrival. Transportation infrastructure as well as traffic condition are very essential to ensure the arrival time in order to match with produces distribution schedules to our markets.
