Indonesian Embassy in Singapore organized business matching forum on 6 January 2010. The event that held in Indonesian Embassy building intended to connect Indonesian fruits and vegetables exporters with business players of Singapore.

Singapore is Indonesia's third business partner after United States and Japan. The geographical position of Singapore which located very close to Indonesia is very strategic for us to develop further export to global markets.

The export volume of agriculture produces from Indonesia to Singapore increases from year to year. However as from volume-wise, Indonesia's contribution to fulfill Singapore markets still considered too small compared to other exporters from other countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, China and Australia.

Considering the potential of Indonesia agriculture as well as the opportunity, Indonesian Embassy in Singapore, together with Agri-food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) - a government institution, then facilitated a business matching forum to boost the export volume of agriculture produces from Indonesia to Singapore.

Amazing Farm as one of exporters which has been exporting particular produces regularly to Singapore got valuable opportunity to meet not only Singapore buyers where we were able to promote our produces and participate actively to serve Singapore markets, but also with other Indonesian exporters where we could share each other our experiences.
